    Check-in is possible from 4 p.m.

    Check-out until 10 a.m.

  • Is parking provided?

    There is a central secured parking.

  • Do I need to pay a deposit?

    Payment must be completed 14 days before arrival.
    When making a reservation, you have the choice between full payment or payment no later than 14 days before arrival.

  • What are the cancellation conditions?

    In case of cancellation up to 14 days before the stay, the full amount will be refunded. An administration fee of €25 will be charged.

  • Are there charging points for electric/hybrid cars?

    Charging stations are available on each parking space in the central secured parking.

  • Is there a restaurant on the premises?

    A 24-hour shop is provided in the form of a vending machine. It is located on the left upon entering the premises. Additionally, you can use our breakfast and barbecue service, which can be reserved when booking.

  • Are pets allowed?

    Pets are not allowed in our lodges.

  • Is there wifi on the premises?

    Wifi is available throughout the entire premises – indoors and outdoors.

  • Is Woodz wheelchair-friendly?

    The Maple M and Reno lodges are suitable for disabled guests. The boardwalks are wheelchair-friendly, and a separate parking area is provided.

  • Can I reserve a baby cot/high chair?

    Mention this during reservation, and we will ensure a cot/high chair is ready.

  • Is there a store nearby?

    We provide some basic necessities, drinks, and snacks in our Woodz Foodz 24-hour shop in the form of a vending machine. Need more? Spar Bolderberg – Sint-Jobstraat 190 in Heusden-Zolder, or Delhaize Bolderberg – Sint-Jobstraat 123 in Heusden-Zolder.

  • Are bikes available for rent?

    No, bikes are not available for rent.

  • Is a coffee maker provided?

    Each lodge is equipped with a Café Royal Espressomachine CoffeeB. We provide a small supply of coffee balls, and additional balls can be purchased in our Woodz Foodz (drink and snack vending machine).

  • Can I receive an invoice?

    You will automatically receive an invoice upon booking.

  • Can I barbecue at my lodge?

    Except for the wellness lodges, all lodges have a barbecue. We also offer a barbecue service.

  • How can I order a breakfast or barbecue package?

    A breakfast or barbecue package can be ordered when booking your lodges.
